MORDECAI MORDY TWENTY TWO MALE / BLUE-JAY REGULAR SHOW - (TV SERIES) JAYNE | |
personality. Mordecai comes across as a very chill and laid back, and he's quite slow when he speaks. Mordy's more or less as described as a very lazy creature, especially by his boss, but surprisingly enough, despite being lacking, he does make up for it in loyalty. On numerous occasions, Mordecai has actually proven to be quite smart, and though dense at times - especially under Rigby's influence - he can actually solve certain situations when independent quite easily.
During his life, it's noticeable that Mordecai is actually a little self-reserved and is actually quite shy when on his own, because he relies more on his own thoughts than that of his friend, Rigby. When he's not around Rigby, Mordy actually becomes his own guy, and his entire personality changes to something of more intelligence and understanding. From Rigby's influence, Mordecai tends to dumb himself down more than he should, which actually shuns away the adolescence that is within him, disappointingly so.
The main side of Mordecai's personality that is seen, is how blunt he can be. Mordecai is known to speak his mind quite easily, and tends to be quite cheeky about it too. I guess you can say that all of the influence is from the side of Rigby, and how forward his friend can be. This has caused Mordecai to be quite forward too, and quite bold about his actions and words. Even though he is this bold, Mordecai honestly truly cares, and speaks his mind with enough consideration for others around him. Though lazy, cheeky, and rather reserved, Mordecai is an all around nice guy, and means well in what he does. history. Truthfully, not a lot is known about Mordecai's backstory. His true birth place is actually unknown, however Mordecai's mother and father have always been there for him, and both of his parents look very much like him, except for his father having brown hair and glasses, and his mother having blond hair and a dress. He does indeed love his mother and father but he hates it when his mother embarrassed him, however he goes to her much for advice and compassion.
Growing up, Mordecai had always been a bright fellow, and even graduated college in his teenage years. Rigby however had not even managed to get past the first questions of the test! Even though Rigby had always been Mordecai's best friend since they were kids, Mordy seems to want to write his own pathway and has a bit more independence than his friend. He succeeded in school, and college, and unlike Rigby, even managed to get the job at the Park before Rigby did. If it wasn't for him, Rigby probably would not even have a job at all.
It's actually noted that Mordecai moved out from his parents house when he was just seventeen years old. Around this time, he obtained a job as a cashier, and tended to serving customers before he moved to his current job at the Park. During this time, he was trying to improve his life enough without the interference of Rigby. Of course though, to this day, his best buddy does irritate him enough, but he wouldn't be anywhere in the world without him. roleplay sample. Okay, woah, where did all these people come from? All of a sudden he was at the Park, and then bam, he'd be thrown into a completely different street, disembarking a train that had come out of literally no-where. Barnaby Lane. Where on earth was that? That wasn't a street he knew from home. "What the...?" The almost seven foot blue-jay turned his skinny figure around, and a few women beneath him released a startled scream before scurrying around him. "Heh, oops, sorry..." But they just increased their pace and seemed to run off, completely bewildered in what they'd just seen. Had they not seen him before? There were far more unusual creatures than a walking talking blue-jay.
Now that he thought about it, as soon as he'd opened his eyes, not a single person around here was similar to what he was. He was the only one that was literally an animal out of a crowd of humans. "Oh... erm. Wow." His winged styled hand lifted up to rub at the back of his neck, trying to ease the tension that had started to build there. This was not normal, and also, come to think of it, where on earth was Rigby?
Truth be told, Mordecai hadn't actually gone a few hours without Rigby, let a lone a few minutes. And these prolonging moments were starting to etch on his nerves. "Rigby? Buddy? Are you here?" He was so used to looking down, and remembering how small his friend was, he tried to scan the floor for the smaller raccoon, but there were so many human footsteps. None that he knew.
Someone surpassed him enough to bump him, and his skinny body seemed to tumble backward a bit, sending the blue-jay to land on the floor with a hefty thump. "Ow.. Hey! Watch it!" With his wing again, he'd rub the back of his head a little before forcing himself to stand up, glancing his head toward the skies and the taller buildings. "Where... am I?" (C) ELLIE @ GANGNAM STYLE
